Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Refund & Exchange

  1. We give 10 days Refund window for Non Working Product.
  2. Return & Exchange Customer need to whatsapp us on 7829225000. mentioning the order number, serial number photos, product photos, video and the brief about the product issue for product conformation.
  3. After confirmation of order number, serial number, product photos, video and product issue Our Return department will Approve your return request.
  4. Once we approve return request, customer need to Packed the Product with securely in the packaging box.
  5. Within 10 days if the product gets defect will arrange a return pickup,  if  return pickup service available in Loaction. if  return pickup service not available customer need to send Product to our Office by own courier charges. return charges will be refund.
  6.  After 10 days customer need to courier product back to us by own courier charges, The return charges not eligible for refund.
  7. After receiving the returned package, our Return department will inspect the product items and process return or exchange.
  8. Working product Customer will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (Pickup and delivery), and a 10% restocking charge will be detected from total amount.
  9. No warranty will be given if the product is damaged or the design / shape changes after use (applicable with lithium batteries). Batteries which get swollen and adapters which are in burnt condition are not eligible for replacement or refund.
  10. If the warranty expires or products are misused, it will be declared void.
  11. WMart reserves the rights to deny credit if items returned in unacceptable condition.

Refund Payment Policy

Please allow at least 5-7 working days for Refund process After receiving returned package.

If order delivered to you, Courier charges (Pickup and delivery) and 10% Restoration charge will be detected from total amount.

Refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or your bank account / as Google Pay / Phone pay / Other (in case of Pay on Delivery orders).

Exchange Product.

  1. All our products  comes with warranty. Defective products may be replaced if returned within the warranty.
  2. if the product amount less than Rs 1000 then customer need to send product by own courier charge.
  3. After receiving the returned package, our Return department will Exchange items within 5-7 working days and send back to you.

Non-defective product(Working)

  1. Should you change your mind after purchase, please contact our customer service department immediately (Must within 2 hours after your payment ). We can cancel your order as long as you request. However, if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (Pickup and delivery), and a 10% restocking charge will be detected from total amount.
  2. Should you open the package, but do not want to accept the received product(s), having a return confirmation is necessary. The restocking fee and the shipping fee will be charged.
  3. We try our best to deliver your desired products as soon as possible. In case you receive wrong products due to our mistake, please contact our customer Support department for exchange or refund. We will make exchange or refund arrangement after goods are returned.

Defective product(Non-Working)

  1. All our products  comes with warranty. Defective products may be replaced if returned within the warranty period. If products do not work properly, please contact our customer Support department first to resolve your problem. Do not return goods directly to us without getting return confirmation . It is difficult for us to find out your transaction record and this may result in delaying exchange or refund process.
  2. Defective products must be returned within 7 days since the request of return. Otherwise, no replacement or refund will be made.
  3. If the warranty expires or products are misused, it will be declared void.

Customer Ordered the Wrong Product(s).

  1. WMart will not pay for the returning fee for the customer ordered the wrong product(s).
  2. Customer will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (Pickup and delivery).
  3. Customer need to courier product back to us by own courier charges, The return charges not eligible for refund.

Empty Box orders:

In case the customers gets an empty box (which never sent empty by us) but still the customers wants to claim the empty box order, then it must be claimed within 1 hour of the parcel received, after that we would not be responsible.  It must be informed by WhatsApp (7829225000) or Email at (support@wmart.co.in) with outer images of the box and inside the box. Failure to submit this will not approve your claim.

Cancel Order or Items

You can cancel an order anytime before it is dispatched (shipped). After dispatch, you can choose to refuse accepting the order, and it gets refunded once items of the order are returned back at our warehouse, if the payment was already made.

Prepaid Cancel Order Please allow at least 5-7 working days for Refund Process.

Cancellation charges and process
Cancellation is allowed until fulfilment is done. Customer initiated cancellations of prepaid orders attract a flat deduction 5% to cover platform costs (7% in case of EMI, BNPL, International Cards, etc.).

Customer cancels order
An order can be cancelled under following situations by customer:

Items in the order are no longer needed
Order placed by mistake
Wrong or non-compatible items included with the order
Found better product or price than in current order
To cancel an order or items in an order, login to your account and then head to “My Orders” section. Select the concerned order and click on “Cancel”. Follow the instructions to cancel partial or all quantities in your order.

Should I provide tracking number after I return the item?

Yes, it is necessary to track the returned product.
Note: WMart won’t take any responsibilities for missing returns so a tracking number is required on your side.

An item was lost or damaged during shipping?

If your item was damaged during shipping, your must inform us on the same day when you receive the parcel. Post 24 hours of receiving the item, we would not be able to help you as we need to inform the courier within 24 hours of delivery.  When requesting for damage item received, please be ready to provide Customer Support, photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. Please also provide “Proof of Damage” documentation from your courier. Alternatively, you can open the item in front of the delivery person and if you find that it was damaged during shipping, you can reject it, contact us saying you rejected the package, and WMart will then ship you a new item immediately.

  1. To report a lost or damaged item, please contact our Customer Support.
  2. Our Customer Support team will respond to you within 1 business days.
  3. Once Customer Support confirms an item is missing, we will begin processing a new one for you.

I received an incorrect item?

  1. If you received an incorrect item, you can exchange it for the correct item. To begin the process, you can contact Customer Support.
  2. Our Customer Support team will respond to you within 1 business days.
  3. Once Customer Support confirms an item is incorrect, we will provide information on sending it back to us.
  4. Once we receive the incorrect item, we will begin processing the correct item for you.
